Welcome to Izeeny Health Practice (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your booking and participation in our clinical body-brain group programs and one-on-one sessions, and your engagement with our integrated psychophysiology tools, technology, and somatic frameworks.By accessing our website, completing an intake form, booking a service, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Scope of Clinical Services
Izeeny Health Practice provides specialized clinical body-brain group programs and one-on-one sessions led by an AHPRA-registered psychologist for people with medical symptoms. Our services utilize psychophysiology, digital technology, and somatic patterns to improve physiological stability, strengthen body-brain signal communication, recalibrate emotional responses, and develop personalized plans integrated into everyday living.2. Medical, Psychological & Clinical Disclaimer2.1 Educational Nature & Individual Needs
The program content provided is educational in nature and is not tailored to individual clinical needs or circumstances. The exercises provided are intended for general wellbeing and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The program is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, or personalized therapy.2.2 Good Faith & Limitation of Reliance
The information in this program, its presentations, and associated materials has been prepared in good faith and for educational purposes only. Therefore, the information is general in nature and should not be relied upon in the treatment of any condition, and you should seek your own independent professional and/or medical advice concerning any specific issue. We accept no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or decisions relating to the information.2.3 Consult a Healthcare Professional
Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, acute or chronic illness, or any concerns about their health should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating. You must not alter or discontinue any medical treatments or medications without consulting your medical doctor.
2.4 Emergency & Crisis Care
Our group and individual programs are structured, scheduled interventions and do not provide emergency crisis or acute medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or an acute mental health crisis, you must immediately contact emergency services (000 in Australia) or present to the nearest hospital emergency department.3. Somatic Practices, Voluntarism & Informed Risk
Our programs actively involve working with physical somatic patterns, breathwork, physical body-brain practices, and physiological tracking.• Voluntary Participation: Participation in activities is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the individual’s own risk.• Symptom Monitoring: Participants are responsible for monitoring their own physical and psychological symptoms and stopping any activity that causes discomfort, pain, or adverse effects. You agree to pace yourself and immediately cease any physical or physiological practice that causes acute distress, and notify the facilitating psychologist.4. Technology & Onshore Data Sovereignty4.1 Integration of Technology
Our practice utilizes specific digital technologies, which may include electronic health record software, tele-health platforms, and consumer or clinical biofeedback/physiological tracking tools to analyze somatic patterns and strengthen body-brain signal communication.4.2 Absolute Onshore Data Residency Requirements
In compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and Australian health records legislation, we enforce strict data sovereignty. We require all sensitive health and biometric data collected via our integrated technologies to be hosted, processed, and stored on secure cloud infrastructure located physically within Australian borders. We rigorously vet our third-party technology vendors to ensure they guarantee onshore data residency and do not route or back up your health information to overseas servers.5. Group Confidentiality, Asset Protection, and Conduct
To create a safe clinical environment for participants to explore physical, psychological physiological symptoms, and to protect the proprietary methodologies of the practice, group integrity is strictly enforced.5.1 Mutual Confidentiality
You strictly agree to maintain the absolute privacy of all other group members. You must not disclose names, medical symptoms, personal histories, or the unique physiological and biometric responses of any other participant outside the session.5.2 Strict Prohibition on Recording, Transcribing, and Asset Leakage
The recording or transcribing of group programs, presentations, live sessions, training, or associated program assets and resources by any means is not permitted by any attendee.The intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and copyright of the presentation, distributed materials, digital workflows, and somatic templates remain the exclusive property of the author and Izeeny Health Practice. Any breach of this prohibition on recording or transcribing, or any unauthorized downloading, screenshotting, sharing, or distribution of program resources by any attendee in person or remotely shall be treated as a breach of such rights and/or actionable under Australian copyright, trademark, and privacy legislation. A breach of this condition will result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund, permanent termination of all application access, and potential legal remedies.6. Fees, Cancellations, and Suitability6.1 Commitment to Program Blocks
Our clinical body-brain group programs are structured as progressive, closed curriculums with strictly limited numbers. No refunds, partial credits, or make-up sessions are available for individual group sessions missed by a participant once the program block has commenced.6.2 One-on-One Cancellations
Individual private sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. In accordance with standard psychological practice, failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee. (Note: Medicare and Private Health insurance do not cover late cancellation fees).6.3 Clinical Screening & Suitability
Admission to our clinical body-brain group programs is subject to a mandatory screening process to ensure the program structure is suitable for your current needs. We retain absolute clinical discretion regarding group placement. If, following your intake review, the facilitating psychologist determines that a group format is not clinically suitable or safe for your circumstances, we reserve the right to decline your registration and will issue a full refund of any fees paid.7. Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Proprietary Content7.1 Absolute Ownership of Assets
All content, material, and digital infrastructure appearing on this website or delivered through our services and programs—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand names, icons, images, audio clips, video presentations, digital workflows, somatic frameworks, software interfaces, applications ("Apps"), database structures, source code, and personalized daily living plan templates (collectively, "Proprietary Content")—is the exclusive intellectual property of the author and Izeeny Health Practice , and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.7.2 Trademark Notice
"Izeeny Health Practice " and all associated logos, slogans, and program names are proprietary trademarks belonging exclusively to us. Any unauthorized use, replication, modification, or imitation of these trademarks, or any confusingly similar variants, is strictly prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement actionable under the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth).7.3 Strict Prohibition on Replication & Data Scraping

This license does not grant you any ownership rights. Any unauthorized commercial exploitation will result in immediate termination of access without refund and immediate legal action for damages and injunctive relief.8. Limitation of Liability
The organizers and facilitators accept no liability for injury, loss, or adverse outcomes arising from participation in this program. To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Izeeny Health Practice and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or your use of our technological and somatic recommendations.9. Governing Law & Compliance
